As usual we bring you the best fonts released this past month. Seems 2015 will be a very active month on typeface releases, January was an incredible busy month for some type-foundries, and we got big launches of beautiful fonts.

November is gone, but he left us with amazing releases on the type-scene, my favourite type designer Rene Bieder release a beautiful font Galano Grotesque (which you can get at $45 the whole family of 40 fonts), then we have revivals like DIN Next Slab wich is a beautiful din font with rounded edges and of course: Slab. The S-Core Type Foundry released a new variant of their fonts Circus and Magic: the Rough version. And Latinotype is following the Rough trend with their variant of Trend, the Trend Rough (yeah isn’t word play, is real, but beautiful). September was a bit slow month in the typography scene but that doesn’t stop many designers of bring fabulous, good looking fonts. Fonts of the Month: June. Free fonts and many discounts on sans serif.
We are in the half of the year, a huge amount of fabulous fonts has been released this year. This past month of June wasn’t the exception and even go too far in the typography community, as big amount of fonts were released. I think I will make the part 2 of the best fonts of this months because this short list isn’t enough to show you great new typefaces that deserve a mention.
The master Rene Bieder release a new typeface named Choplin, which goes directly to the top of the list of hot new fonts of myfonts. Libertad by Roberto Díaz (designer of Quiroga) is also one of my favourites this month. Good News Sans by Kyle Benson is another remarkable typeface this month. Less words and more letters check the list.

Rene Bieder did it again, his wonderful taste in shaping typefaces delight us again with this release of Choplin, a geometric Slab Serif font, base on Campton. Rene describes his own font in this way:
Choplin is a modern and clear geometric slab serif with a sturdy heart. It was designed based on the Campton Family, with the same principles in mind: geometry, simplicity and neutrality. As a consequence, Choplin could be seen as an immediate companion to the CamptonFamily. However, during the process lots of details were changed in order to sharpen the slab serif character which resulted in a slightly different interpretation.
Similar to Campton, it is perfectly suited for graphic design applications ranging from editorial, corporate, web, interaction to product design. In addition, it has an extended range of alternative glyphs, ligatures and opentype features which provide flexibility and uniqueness wherever it is placed.

Best Fonts Released on May. Lots of fonts from $4.
Fonts, fonts, fonts, and more fonts! As usual I choose the best and more remarkable fonts released on this past month. Tons of fonts are released every month, but I can’t show them to you all, some fonts are remakes, low quality, icons, etc. Nevertheless, there are really beautiful and innovative typefaces that surely will fit on your next project.
Also I try to highlight the discount that type foundry is offering, some deals are introductory offers that you never see again, so is worth to note that you can save a lot of money staying tuned of new releases.
My super favourites this month: Adorn by Laura Worthington (is a super complete family you don’t need anything more), Eleveth by Ryab Martinson, Urban Grotesk and Quiroga.

I really love to see completely new fonts (sometimes not so completely new), but apart from the that fact, what I really enjoy with new typefaces is Introductory offers, sometimes you got really sweet deals on professional fonts (professional=good kerning, lots of characters, support for different alphabets even cyrillic, consistent shapes, rhythm, contrast, etc.) for a few bucks. Sometimes you have to wait months to see again that offer or the worst cases the offer never comes again.
Seems that April was the month of the Introductory offers, nearly every font released on this past month comes with an offer of at least 30% off up to 90%. You can get your lovely new slab Serif fonts like Bommer Slab and Adria Slab for less than $6 - $25. It really hard to list the best 3 fonts of the past month but I’m forcing myself to do it, so my favorites ones are Risotto Script ($10), DSari and Amorie ($6). But I really encourage you to see every details this fonts, every typeface have its own lovely details, you can’t lose them.
